I bought a Gatehouse HS1 at YHL last year, as my old skull cap seriously needed replacing and now is no-more. I got it properly fitted and was assured that it fitted perfectly and would "soften" with wear, as I was worried it was a bit too snug - but the next size up moved about a bit too much.
Our first event of the year is looming (finally!! - better late than never!), and I excitedly went to get my HS1 out of the wardrobe. However I've been wearing it for about an hour a day for just over a week now in attempt to try and get used to it and it is giving me the biggest headaches and leaving me all light-headed afterwards which is obviously not ideal! Roughly how long does it take for this to stop? (Should it even be happening at all?)
It's been too long since I've bought a new hat but can't remember the last one doing this to me :confused3:
