New head piece gone a bit funny?

I bought this not so long ago. It’s been worn for a few weeks.
One side is fine. The other has creased quite badly.

Is this ok/expected/not right.
I’m not keen that it’s one side- as someone who can’t wear odd socks! I like things to be even

Have you got it tighter down one side? Does horse lean that side more?
Is horse wonky .
But no id not expect a newish bridle to be doing that.

No to both. She’s probably not the most balanced but we are only light hacking.

It’s also on the looser side I was border line returning for a smaller size but decided I’d rather it roomy round her ears rather than tight.
