Ive a lovely little cavvy called jasper, he has got a tick and now wont stop licking and chewing that area!! Its driving me insane, nothing I do works does anyone else have this problem! If so what do you do about it!!!

If you've never removed a tick before, get a vet nurse to take it out for you, it only takes a second.
I'd try and get it removed ASAP, they can spread disease. Although it will fall off when it is *yeuch* full.

My dog gets them a lot when we take her for walks in the woods in long grass etc. We take them out ourselfs... pretty simple... you need nails and grab as close to the skin as possible to make sure u get all the legs out... but if you fail it will just grow again and try again, its best to get it out asap. you can buy specail pull out things from pet shops.
