New HHO forums - extremely slow!

Since HHO have launched their new forum, I have been on the forum a few times. However, it seems to take ages to load each screen and sometimes it just stays blank. Am I doing something wrong or is this the same for everyone?

At this rate, I won't be coming on here any more becuase I spend most the time looking at a blank screen!
 
I was pleased with it at first but using Google Chrome I get constant internal server errors (not at first, but currently all the time), now using IE I get the slow load (or no load).

Oh terrific - it knows when you are complaining :mad: I just went to post my previous post on IE and got:



Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /forums/newreply.php.

Reason: Error reading from remote server


Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


So we'll see if it can play nicely with Chrome.

I used to prefer it (new one) too but last week it started to play me up and so I switched browser in order to be able to use it, this week it's just started to go slow and now error on IE as well.

Very strange.
 
Are you using the "remember me" function? I was originally logging in each time and it worked fine, then I switched to automatic log in and it started giving my error messages more often than not. (Although I did find it still ran better in Firefox than Safari, even at its worst.) Now I've switched back to manual logging in (where it dumps the cookies each time you shut down) the problem seems to have stopped.
 
it has become so slow that I am tearing my hair out in handfuls. Why did they have to change something that was working for everyone? A lot more nonsense is being posted too which is a shame and now that it takes forever to sift through the 'nonsense' I can hardly be bothered to come here anymore
