Well ... not really "new" dogs per se ... but they are "country" dogs now that they are getting used to the many smells and scents that living in the country brings so they seem like new dogs.

The new house and umpteen hours every day at work have meant I've not been on here at all though. So, in celebration of a free few hours, here are some pictures of the Galupy dogs in their new home ... at least this is how they spent their first month living here ...

Staring at the cows in next door's field ... now they are country dogs everything is ok and they are used to them, but they were fascinated at first.

They love the house though - a huge garden and daily hikes in the woods. They are happy happy!

I'm enjoying living in the country again too ... here is a pic of me sitting on top of the rail the dogs are staring out of in the pictures above ...

:D

So, have I missed anything? :D

Ooh, looks lovely :) and the dogs have a lovely view to look at.

Do you have to mow that expanse of grass ?

Thanks! Luckily that's my neighbour's field so it's down to him to mow it. Shockingly though, he does trim the edges of the entire field ... I shudder when I see him slowly walking around the field doing it ...

Estate de la Galupy is fab! :D Glad to hear the doglets are settling in well. My lot went from hyper monsters to chilled monsters within a few weeks of moving to our place-- mainly the cat flap allowed them free access in and out which they LOVE!

Thanks PnP! They have a dog door too that remains open at all times except overnight and they have a fenced 3/4 acre now. I think Bella spends hours in the garden sniffing and pointing at things in the woods (she's a weird beagle) while we are gone but the other two aren't quite used to the idea that they can do that yet so I think they hang out more on the deck while we're not there and they want to be outside.
