very excited: first new horse in six years :P my last horse was a forward going but well behaved allrounder, we did Pony Club, hunting, jumping, that sort of thing. I had him from a four year old, and have just sold him at 10 :( for my new horse, I wanted something that again, I can bring on a bit, to do the same sort of thing, also a bit of eventing. Except I don't really have an idea of what to go for! Would you consider any of these horses worth a look?

I do like my greys :P

Thanks very much!

I think the first two are lovely and would have to go and see both of them. The third one looks nice but the advert doesn't say much about her at all. I'd need to ask more questions about her but she still may be worth a look.
Good luck in your horsehunting!

I like the look of the 2nd one. Although none of them really shout out to me, especially for the money. Worth a look though you can never really tell from adverts.

They're all ok, none stand out, 1st one looks in some of the photos like it may have a bit of a stag jump, and impossible to comment on confo from those pics, only really be able to tell if you see them in the flesh, I like the colouring on the 3rd one, but bear in mind, my friend bought one this colour and by the age off 8 it was completely white!!!

I saw this one aswell if you were considering a 3 year old, I like it's stamp but possibly will fill out to be a bit heavier than you are possibly looking at:

I agree with badgerdog, the third advert, whilst being an attractive horse, gives absolutely no information about what sort of horse it is, what it has been doing etc and is a lot of money imho! I don't think there is any harm in getting more info about these ones and going to see them if they sound suitable for what you want. There are so many horses out there and if you are happy and capable of putting the work in yourself, then I think you could probably get something more reasonably priced. Good luck and enjoy the search, don't be in a hurry!!

I like the 3rd one a lot. If this is of any help -it is being advertised by Gary Watchman (son is a pro SJ) he deals a bit and hunts a lot, tatty place but if you know what you are looking for worth a visit. The 2nd one is being advertised by Tori at Ebor House - lovely girl/nice rider deals a bit probably worth a visit too..

Would you consider any of these horses worth a look?

Honestly?? No! The first is scrawny, lacking bone and quality. The 2nd is the best of them, but a very straight hind leg (which you don't want in a jumper). The third has ghastly legs (she should have bandaged him ALL the way up!) which are too long for its body as a 6 year old - it has no heart room by looks of it!
