Yess, we just bought a new mare, she has great bloodlines, good straight movement but erm a giant belly. On verge of looking laminitic but cleared of that. Have brought happy hoof and grazing is still our winter paddocks so not a lot of grass at all. Also popping her on biotin and equivite. Generally she is poor having been untouched for nearly 2 years in a field of several foot long grass. Yes, a reeal project and risk, but we're going for it.
