I have no idea what she is just that shes a cob had at least one foal and is about 14.

Shes lovely. I hope you have many great times together. And just who are the cheeky people who are saying you should have got something else? Its non of their business! jelousy springs to mind. I think she looks a good sort. Do keep us posted about your future adventures together.

WHAT ;-0 how rude ! - if shes right for you then what has it got to do with anyone else

PS I have spent season upon season out on the hunting field thinking "I should have got a nice coloured cob" however Wow betide anyone who actually dares to say anything bad against my crazy beasty ('Horse') to me!!

Again good luck with her - go prove them wrong

I like! more info please (:

Not much more info to give really took a gamble on her hence me naming her chance she had no passport has now though, she had been hammered into the ground and dumped and resembled a hat rake when I went to see her. She LOVES her food and has put on loads of weight between myself and the person who sold her to me feeding her up - he saw her and rescued her. Only ridden a few times as sadly where I have moved to has no hacking or school so think we might have to move. We also havnt ridden to much as I wanted her to settle in and get some weight on her. Weve had some nice hacks so far though. She hasnt a clue how to lunge and is very green jumping etc. And nervous in the stable but today she gave me a cuddle :D progress!

Thanks for all the kind comments

Sorry must of crossed posts!
Good luck with her (:

She looks really sweet and kind. I'd definately move to a yard you can hack from, no point having a potential 'do everything' and not be able to enjoy her!! Spring grass and a spring coat and she'll be beautiful. Just ignore sarcy comments those that say things like that are usually the one's that are too ***** scared to ride their own 'horses' and are jealous of the fun us cob owners can have!! ;)

She looks lovely, I especially like the last pic of her.

I have a little cob that I have done a bit of everything on over the years and she has always stepped up to the mark, so don't listen to what anyone else says. I often get people looking down their nose at me when I take her to posh places and we wipe the floor with most of them!

It looks like you and Chance will have a lot of fun together :)

thankyou all for the kind comments. Shes put on weight and we had a bath today so looking all shiny and pretty. Will keep you updated.
Good luck for the rest of the year with your cobs too!
x

What a sweetheart, she is just gorgeous :D

And ignore what everyone says, it's none of their business! One of the very best horses I know is a coloured cob, and if I thought his owners would ever sell him I would swap a grand prix dressage horse or grade A showjumper for him in a heartbeat! Everyone says things like that when you get a new horse, it's usually just jealousy as they want a shiny new pony of their own  Now you can prove them all wrong :D

She's lovely, looks very sweet. One downside....she's mostly white....have fun keeping that clean!!!

I have to bath mine 9 times out of 10 every time I bring him into ride!!
