Hi guys I am going tomorrow to see a 3 coming 4 unbacked or broken Haflinger.

I was just thinking if their are any questions I should ask apart from the obvious tht you can think of I am really nervous as it is a stud.

I would like to catch him, brush him see how he is with feet and to lead.

Do you think this would be acceptable.

Sounds about right.
Have you had experiance with youngsters ? do you have lots of help in place for when you bring him home and start to back him and bring him on ?

Yes have had lots of experiance with youngsters and will be keeping him at the stud where I wish to purchase him from or my RS.

I lost my own horse 2 years ago in a freak accident.

he was a 7 year old welsh cob I owned from a yearling.

Just been a long time since I even went to look at my own horse :/

Please don't take him to a riding school....

Keep him at the stud, or somewhere else where he can interact with buddies of his own age.
