I'm so excited
Haven't posted for aaages...since I 'lost' my gorgeous boy (no, he didn't die, his owner took him back), but FINALLY I've found another horse worthy enough to replace Moz, meet Jake...
He is TB X clydey! x unknown, 7 1/2 and a complete project - he had only hacked and done 2 team chases (!!) up until 2 months ago, but we're now on our way to working in a correct outline and even cantering a 20 m circle at a normal pace, in an outline, without trying to jump the fence / buck me off / smack me in the face with his his neck!!
On 1st of Feb I'm officially taking him on a permanent loan to a new yard which I'm REALLY excited about as it has unaff and aff dressage comps every weekend through the winter. I CAN'T WAIT to wake up at 6am and go to the stables in the freeeezing cold! Yay
Here's the handsome boy....
We've still got miles to go before he's working correctly (and I'm riding him properly) but I can't wait!!
