New line carriages?

I thought they seemed quite decent from the pictures/ description. I was just about to buy one but noticed they are almost identical build (bar the shafts and wheels and some other bits) to the robinsons pony trap which has pretty poor reviews! Does anybody have one/ used one and are they basicially a tarted up overpriced robinsons cart?

I bought one this April been on road twice problem with wheels still on going trying to get them replaced cart itself is ok .would not buy another one or recommend it.

Hate to say it. But avoid, client of mine has one and we've had some issues.
I also not too happy with build of George James Carriages, again another client has one and we've had to have a few parts replaced and strengthened.

Wish I had known before I bought it had to go to George James for my new wheels so it is still ongoing with new line. I did have a look at George James and of the 2 they came out better of the two. Still I have this one going now and hopefully my mare will be back in the shafts.
