I was about to say the same as Meredith. Post and rail paddocks and woodchip pens for winter. Seems everything other than one of the most important things, turnout, has been prioritised.
Horses for courses and all that, I'm sure it's more than some 6-figure value horses get, but not for me.

I have just had a look on Google earth, turnout seems to be in square paddocks with no shelter. Definitely aimed at the rider, not horse, comfort. Worst nightmare for me and the hairy cobs.

Sadly I think many yards are more people than horse orientated. The bits I see anyway

I count a total of 4 small wood chip pens for winter turnout.

On plus side it looks like it could have an epic track system if you were allowed to use the walkways between paddocks!

It seems to be more like a members' club with some horses thrown in rather than a livery yard - hence the stupid price.
Very sad - but not surprising- to see little mention of turn out.

These sorts of places leave me cold. Much rather have a place of character which is totally horse friendly and you feel like you can enjoy yourself and not worry about dropping a piece of hay somewhere by accident or leaving muddy footprints. Bet there are no baler twine repairs anywhere!
