New log-in BSJA

I've just been on the site & I find the various records alot harder to read than they were before. It was so simple & easy, haven't they got better things to do than screw around with something that's working perfectly well!!!

Exactly! I just tried to change my phone number on there (they got it wrong!) and, well ,no chance!
Mmmm I can't figure out what was wrong with the original way.

I don't like the fact you can't see when the last update was made anymore and the whole layout / presentation looks very amteurish

I have just had a noisey on there to have a look, and it appears i came 3rd at Yateley a couple of weeks ago and i am owed £21. I had 4 faults in JO so didn't think i came anywhere. So i've given them a ring to see if i can get my money (and rosette).

Well I couldn't login at all so I applied for a new online account. The reason I couldn't login is that for some reason my password had been changed - not to something totally random - its always been a word and number and it had been changed to a related word and a different number - but still left a billion possiblities - I would never of been able to guess it and have never asked for it to be changed. There doesn't seem to be anyway to change the password back to the original one that I could remember better either. Also I changed my email address before the updated login and when I finally did manage to get on the site they had my old email address on file and so all password reminders were going to the wrong one.

Click on Horses on the left tree navigator and (rather than appearing in the tree as you might expect!) your horses will be listed in the right window. Then click (double-click doesn't do anything here

) on the horse you want to view and then click on View Details at the bottom of the right window...........THEEEEN..........the tree navigator on the left gets populated with some extra options like Winnings Summary and Pedigree etc which you must click on to view your horses details. Nothing as simple as everything being visible on a single screen or from a single-click here....Noooooooooo
