Hello all!
After about a year of talking myself out of it I've finally committed to learn to ride and I have my first lesson booked. I've sat on a couple of horses before and I've been around stables a couple of times helping with some yard duties but I've never properly ridden which is what I'm really looking forward to!
I've enjoyed watching show jumping (especially at Windsor) for a while now and always wanted to try it so hopefully if I stick with it I'll get to that stage one day!
A bit apprehensive of entering a world which seems female dominated (being a 22 year old male myself) but I'm sure I'll be able to handle it......I think I will anyway :L
If anyone has some advice or tips for a beginner male it would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks!!
