Me and my friend had a small impulse buy moment at the sales on saturday:)
She a liver chestnut 12.2 4 year old welsh cross called Dolly Dee. She has a Welsh Pony & Cob Society passport and her sire is Cottrell Lowry. The seller had had her for 24 hours so we know nothing about her. She's very sweet and a little timid but I'm sure she will come round.

Try a "trace" post in The "Stolen track or trace" bit of the forum. You could also try contacting the passport issuing society. Often the breed societies have more details than the more general passport issuers do.

She's really pretty. i don't know her but is her breeder or previous owner details not in the passport?

my friend bought Jay from the sales and he had come via another dealer, but in his passport were his previous owner who had just sold him, and the breeder too who had registered him for his passport. i am in full contact with his breeder who is thrilled he got a nice home afterr going through two sales.

She had been on the horsebox for 24 hours! Dealer took her in part of a deal at Appleby. We will be giving her a few weeks to settle in and treat her as unbacked. Wormed her last night and gave her a bath. She was abit stinky. She doesn't seem to get bucket feeds or haynets. She has nice paces on her though as she displayed when we turned her out for a few hours.

Her passport is still in her breeders name. It hasn't been changed since she was presumably sold in 2010.

then contact the breeder. They will be able to tell you about her while they had her and hopefully will tell you who they sold her to. They will probably be pleased to hear from you.

This is my daughters new pony! she got her in October from the owner of the stables we keep her in. She has been very good for my daughter, only a few bucks here and there with excitement! she loves her to bits already. :D

My daughter got this pony in october. She is Fab! She has had a few spooks and bucks here and there but has been a compete gem! I was trying to find more about her as i don't know much myself as her passport isn't much use:( x she still is a bit nervous around petting her around the head but she is such a spoilt madam! x We never got told her name so my daughter calls her Gem which she replies to with a neigh! What was her original name and do you know anything else about her? I can send you a few pics of her if you would like?? xxx;););)
