just taken on new pony quite underweight and is a picky poor eater.already on ad lib hay carrots and small amounts of hi fi lite. any other suggestions

Topspec do a supplement called Dr Green which is very good at encouraging fussy eaters, have you had the vet give him an MOT, check his teeth etc?Has he been wormed?
If all of this has been checked then phone up a feed companies nutritionist (bailey's or D&H etc), they are free and very helpfull, he possibly needs something a little more conditioning.
