new racing whip rules

i am a big racing fan, but didnt like when the jockeys over-used there whips (hate frankie dettori, what he did to rewilding ) so i was really pleased to read about the new racing rules, i doubt the jockeys will be to pleased to loose there winnings etc! hope it makes a difference as the horses are always the top priority for me

reading quotes today i think the new rules are welcomed and respected - I understand that a whip as a purpose at times but if it is needed to be used to many times the horses fitnes must be questioned so here here for the new rule - a step forward for racing i think
