New Riding Hat

I am going to treat myself to a new riding hat in the next few weeks and I want some suggestions. I was looking at getting the Charles Owen GR8 one, I like the look of it but I am not sure if it keeps your head cool? I have got a Champion one at the moment, my head sweats like mad in it and it really is getting smelling

i have the jte one (for general pitter patter) and my head gets rather hot. i also have a gpa one (but the older version not the one with massive amout of air vents) that is slightly more wearable than the jte.
 
Thanks, I think that I will get a shortlist from here and go to the huge tack shop and try them on and see which one fits me the best, I can see me being there for a while

Really worth it IMHO, lightwight and cool.

Adventura by Charles Owen is fab for sweatyness though - found that to be fantastic and for a skullcap - it's very lightweight as well

I don't expect my head to be air conditioned LOL but whenever I ride my hair is literally soaked when I get back, it is really nasty

My Dublin Onyx is the most comfortable hat I have ever worn by a mile, lightweight and I don't sweat in it at all. I can't recommend it enough
