I like the Stubben cream for new leather, a good dressing.
Its a good idea to lightly sponge clean over after very use, using traditional products. Avoid modern sprays, they seem to work well while saddle is in use, but those horrid granules [known as jockeys] form after a while. So stick to traditional treatments by Carr and Day.
There are rubbers for the suede, but best not to be over enthusiastic.

Avoid cleaning it with anything that contains glycerine - it's basically sugar and will make it sticky. Don't oil it - oil is incompatible with modern tanning techniques and compromises the internal structure of the leather. As a bridle maker I recommend Wilf Whites Leather Soap for routine maintenance and if in the future you feel it needs conditioning use a product made from animal fats and beeswax - I make my own which is based on Oz's Unicorn Leather Conditioner recipe.
