Im so excited, after the last few weeks of grumbling about my not quite right fitting saddle, I have been to see the saddle man today who let me sit on some yummy dressage saddles.
He is coming out next week to try these on my horse.
Have a couple of second hand Slk's and platimums to try (hopefully) and some new Ideal Suzannah's and Roellas.
I love my Dad, after spending 1/2 hour justifying the need to spend £1000 + on a saddle but convincing him I didn't need the £2000 saddle, he is lending me the money so I can at least ride my horse again! Woo hoo! Unfortunately I do need to pay him back at the end of Oct, but Good ole pops for lending me the money. At 33, I should know better, but am so grateful for a wonderful dad who is leanding me the money regardless of the fact that he thinks horses are stupid four legged critters, who cost far too much money, break all the time and impair my common sense. He is absolutely right, but wouldnt have it any other way!
