New Saddle!!!!

Sorry, but I've got to tell someone.

Got home from work this evening and my other half (Mark) told me to close my eyes whilst he led me into the kitchen!!!!! Obviously I didn't know what was going on, so I did as he asked and let him lead me. When I got into the kitchen, there's an english leather saddle sitting on the work top!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't know what to say

I so can't wait to get it on my mare's (Athena) back and try it out tomorrow. The saddle I've got at the minute is a synthetic one and I don't feel very 'safe' in it.

To say that Mark wasn't a horsey person when I bought Athena is an understatement. He absolutley adores her now!!!

OH can be great, when I was looking at a 2nd hand treeless for Chancer, mine told me not to get the old model but go out and get the latest one - which I did.

Hope the saddle fits and you feel better in it.

Well, tried out my new saddle. OMG What a difference. It is soooooo comfy and I feel really, really safe sitting on Athena's back. I can't wait until my next ride!
