New saddles V older saddles?

Do new saddles (ie not second hand) mould to the shape of your horse fairly easily?

depends what they're stuffed with, basically. if they're soft flocked with white wool, yes. if they're foam, depends what type. also depends whether the panels are leather, or serge, the latter being softer.
cair/flair is a whole other issue, obv.

Ummmm i think the white wool stuffing and leather saddle is the one i bought brand new, the older second hand one is also leather but not sure what its stuffed with!
