I know that promotional posts on this forum are frowned on, however, I am promoting something which is completely free and is a new service for horse owners, buyers & sellers. http://www.irishhorsemarkets.com is a new site which has been set up just over a week now and is growing rapidly with already over 100 members signed up.

The site fulfills a number of criteria which have been previously missing from equine advertising and services in Ireland.

Sellers joining the site agree to operate a [ <font color="white"> </font> <font color="red"> </font> which protects the buyer and gives peace of mind when purchasing a horse. The site offers F <font color="red"> </font> to sellers which can be linked to any adverts they place in the classified section so buyers can not only view horses but in many cases can view the seller also.

Signed up buyers can claim a <font color="red"> </font> which will help them avoid many of the pitfalls which befall first time horse buyers

Buyers can also post information about the horse they as looking for, this information is totally secure and sellers can only communicate with buyers by email form which can point the buyer in the direction of a horse which may suit them.

The final feature on the site is a resource section where Equine Services can be searched or added with the ambition being to build the largest <font color="red"> </font> available to Irish horse owners.

Anyone Buying or selling a Horse is welcome to sign-up to the site here.

regardless of whether or not it's free - you're still advertising

Yes I can not argue with that, however no one is profiting from this site and I have been of the view for a long time that a CODE OF PRACTICE to protect buyers was badly needed in the horse industry in general.

The CODE OF PRACTICE can be viewed here

Have a look and then you can make up your own mind about the validity of the post.
