They said a few months ago that horse & country tv would be on Sky by September/October 2006, now it'll be launching on Sky in 2007

Ah yes, but most sites, before they're fully launched, when they've been advertised will atleast have a single page saying "All 4 horses.tv - coming soon!" and perhaps have a launch date and maybe some info about what kind of programs they're going to show. Not having anything at all is very unprofessional, IMHO.
