New to hunting....

So i have decided i would like to try hunting this winter.. i know my horse has done it before and wondered how i get started.

i live in surrey with my horse stabled in elstead... so just wondering how i get on and join and have a go

I'm not too familiar with packs in the UK, but have a look at the MFHA website to find a pack that hunts in your area - http://www.mfha.org.uk/
Then politely ring up that pack's secretary and say you'd like to get started hunting this season with your horse and could they possibly send you a hunt card with the list of meets on it Then you can pay your subscription to the hunt secretary at one of the meets or send on a cheque in the post

Living where you do you would want to go out with the Surrey Union or the Chid & Lec. Think Surrey Union would be closest. Look up their contact details on the MFHA website and ring the secretary and off you go!! Have fun!!
