New to the Area

Good Morning Horse&Hounders.

I've recently moved to Derby for work Mon-Fri going home at weekends. I've left my horse at home with a Producer as it wouldn't benefit him moving him down here. Plus I'm completing a part time degree so trying to concentrate on that after work (sucker for punishment!)

However, I'm really really really missing the horse scene after work.

Now, I am wondering if during the summer if anyone would like any help with their horses in the evening? Just mucking out or helping out doing something (no riding as im not the greatest)? I'm not used to this coming home and doing nothing. I don't want paying, I just want to make some friends with the same interest and do something after work

I'm currently living near Mickleover in Derby.

I'm in Littleover but I've left my horse in Bramcote, I go over most evenings with the dog/dogs to give him a quick groom and walk dogs around. It's about 30 mins from Littleover and Littleover is prob 10mins or so away from Mickleover.
