New towing rules???

Can anyone confirm the new towing rules re maximum weight that can be towed by, for example, a Discovery? I'm worried we can no longer legally tow 2 large (17hh+) horses in a trailer. can anyone shed some light on this?

you should be fine but check what the max weight of your vehicle. i took my nissan navara with trailer and 1 17.2hh irish draft to my local iron/ scrap yard that have a weigh bridge paid them £10 for letting me use it weighed my pick up and trailer then with the horse on ! well within what i can pull with it worth doing thou to be safe !
