I know that there is an e-petition to the FEI re banning rollkur
HOWEVER!! NEWS!!
There is now a UK - 10 Downing street petition , asking that the UK animal welfare act be amended to include the banning of Rollkur/Hyperflexion for all riding in the UK.

please sign both! if you want to see an end to Rollkur in UK at least!
