thank you very much.

My horse is a 15.2 12 yrs old Anglo Arab gelding who I have owned for 7 1/2 years. We just do local shows and hacking.

I will post pictures of him when OH has sussed out what to do - not good after a couple of glasses of wine

What horse(s) has everyone else got and what do you do with them?

Ive got a 17.2 irish draught am planning on taking him hunter trialling, showing cross country at some point, Hes new so got lots planned with him. Cant wait to see some pics x

welcome to HHO, (the mad house). Horsey sounds lovely.

We have a ginger shettie, and erm, what do I do with him? hmm, get generally abused by him, spend hours mucking out and arguing with my eldest over who gets the 'bad' jobs most, and walk for miles and miles so said eldest can hack out.

Hi,

I've got a 16.3 hh Dutch warmblood called Oliver. I am still building up my confidence and so is he because he's young so we don't do much but we still manage to have fun.

Looking forward to a pic or two of your horsie!

Annie

vicky19 - your horse sounds lovely - good luck this season.

Bonzabean - i'm not to grumpy, the horse when coming to feeding and ruggin up.

xxxKatyxxx sounds like mine getting abused and spending ages mucking.

Capondeville - good luck building your confidence up - I know how it feels (when you get older it is harder), he looks and sounds lovely

Thanks again everyone seems friendly x

I have a 14.2 tri-coloured Section D Cross. I have photoes of him but I'm a useless technophobe and don't have a clue how to add them to a sig or post them on here for people to see.

If anyone can offer any help with this...... *looks hopeful?*

I don't have a horse at the moment, but not through lack of trying. When I do finally get one I'm going to to do this with it:
Sit and stare at it in awe that after 12 years of saving I've finally got one.
Er..then I might ride it about a bit

Welcome to the forum!

I have a 10yo Orange 16.1 TB although he is going up for sale to make way for my next horse... wherever he/she may be....

Beware the forum is addictive!

Hi hunny,

Welcome to the forum.

Love the user name!

Then I read on and saw you had an Anglo Arab!!! Explains it all!.

I have one, he is called Jerry Springer or more often My Grumpy Old Man!!!! He is well into his late 30's now and gets grumpier by the minute.

He is the same as yours re feeding and rugging up, infact he is grumpy about everything these days!!

He had a very enjoyable morning yesterday, running rings around a Vet Student!!!

I love him to bits and he is one of lifes charactures and I would never want to change him!

He doesn't do much these days (and I'm happy with that)

I have also got a new horse called Milly, she is a 17.2hh ID x TB. She has done Dressage before, so I am very slowly attempting to learn some of the things she knows! She is proving to be a very honest girl and already I love her very much!

Welcome again to the addiction known as HHO!!
