Oh what a great idea - count me in I need to loose 'lots', but can I just finish my Crunchie first!!! oh and do I have to give them up completely!
I'm going to go back on my fresh fruit drink diet - just add some water (not milk) liquidise and drink - I lost a lot of weight this way. Instead of cereal, or toast etc - have a fruit drink.
