Me and pony is too ! - looks like cabbage soup for me and 12 hour soaked hay for him, but may do matchy matchy with our leg warmers and brushing boots when we go for a jog round the field - poor cows - they won't know what to think and probably stamped into the sun set -

I'm such a fat bloater - l WILL be thin, I will BE THIN!!!!!!

PMSL! I have to say I feel the same. I started the day with just a little scrambled egg with no toast, wheat does not agree with me much anyway so I plan to mostly cut it out again.
No booze for a few weeks I think, planned to cut back alot this year. Also no smoking which is easy as I feel terrible lol.

Good luck with getting in shape everyone, we will be thin before we know it! :D:D

i'm determined to make this my year for weight loss!

and i think i'll take photos on the same date each month, then i will have incentive to lose weight so i look better each time! maybe ones on the horse as she's also my real reason to lose weight..though i've hit 12st 7 and stayed there if i get bigger i'll have to stop riding her. and when baby pony is 3/3 and a half and just broken being a light cob type that might not make 15 hands i'll need to be lighter!

Also going to see if the wii fit and zumba dance helps me lose anything!! COME ON PEOPLE WE CAN DO IT! :D:D:D

Ooh, me too, seeing as I bought a 6 month old section C foal and want to back him when he's old enough...

Gives me around 3 years to drop 2-3 stone, if I get started now I may just do it :p

I need to lose weight for my youngster too, she's officially 3 now, although she was a late summer foal so in reality is hardly even 2 1/2 yet. She's going to do a season of in hand showing then I plan to back her around Jan-Feb next year, if (and it's quite a big if) I can get down to 7.5 stone

I want to lose a stone so I can ride my pony when he is backed in the spring. I'm hoping just cutting out the wine and chocolate will do it. Maybe I can still drink gin...I could change from fat tonic to slimline...

I need an incentive - it's too easy to lose your way. My little boy (now 19) is leaving for a 6 months university exchange and he's my best friend:( We always diet together (sad when your mum weighs the same as you)!!

Well my diet started today - I need to lose about a stone and a half so that I can back my youngster in late summer....also already got holiday booked for June and don't want to look like a beached whale on the sunbed...

I'm always lighter from January to about March (My diet attention span can be less than this...) and then put it all back on in a space of a weeks, then pop on some more by the December. AND so the cycle begins again.....
