Newborn Lab pups drowned

It is a disgusting thing to do:mad::(

They were found in the Great Yarmouth area. If anyone knows anything - maybe knows someone round there whose dog had puppies that have subsequently disappeared - please get in touch with the RSPCA, anonymously if needs be.
 
I am not going to read it but I don't know how people can do this. What about the poor bitch? God, I remember getting a dog years ago that was as a result of an 'accident'. The owner couldn't cope with having all the pups so had all but 2 put down! We saved one but I thought taht was horrific enough and she shouldn't have been so stupid and should ave had her dog (a mongrel) spayed - she'd have saved herself a lot of trouble. Still, they were at least PTS by a vet not drowned.
