Hi eventergirl, i'm not going to the hospital, apprantley one of the vets down there works with my insurance company on claims and he is holding up my mare having a liver biopsy and was just looking to see if there was a contact number for me to contact myself. She has been in all week and is supposed to be coming home on Friday but hasn't yet had her biopsy. He has to ring my vet so she can explain what is happening and then he will ring back my insurance to tell them. They just don't seem very pushed about doing it.
