I've been using it for my boy but wonder whether it really is worth the high price. It works ok, but then again something else might too. Anyone out there know if there's something equally as effective and maybe not quite so pricey? Just curious! Thanks.

Have used it for ages and ages for my horses, I think it's worth the price as it is concentrated and a tub does last for ages and ages, but I agree it is a lot of money but the horses do feel good on it- cheapest place I've found for the NJS is the VetUk website. I've just bought a tub of Glucosamine HCL though that is called Hackup or something like that, and it's a fraction of the price and made to be very similar, if you get my drift, may be worth a try- it is made in the same factory as one that lots of Vets dish out ;)

Thank you very much. That's definitely something else to think about. I have a creaky boy who needs a TLC on the joints front!
