NFU & RSPCA Helpline for farmers

For those of you struggling to look after farm animals in this weather, NFU and RSPCA have set up a help line to get RSPCA staff on the ground out to help out where they can.

I think we would have to be desparate to involve rapca what are they going to do?

I know I wouldn't usually have anything to do with them, but if farms have all their water frozen etc they maybe able to provide some. OR can't get hold of feed etc.
