Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would share this with you. I contacted my local NFU branch for a horse insurance quote in April 2008!! so far no reply. Until today that is I have just received a reply to my orginal email telling me they would be delighted to quote me for my insurance. Do you think I should start my reply with "Thank you for your quick response"
It did make me chuckle
