Nice ad horse - but the third pic..

Looks like a total scammer.

Horse has been advertsied elsewhere for twice the money. And the number brings up other horses for sale.

Why can't people just be honest?????

And the 'arab's hoof has a bit of blood on it - what's so horrid about it? Lots of blood vessels round that area. And horses bleed like stuck pigs at the slightest cut on the foot......

Call me cynical.

Nice horse but OUCH

for the poor Arab's foot

Agree Amy May looked at the foot and thought, if that was cleaned up and treated properly it wouldn't cost the earth, which then got me thinking about the sale!!!

I must be cynical too!!!

Seems a bit strange why you'd want to post a picture of your other horses injury to try and sell your other horse, even if it is the case.

Shame because that could put a lot of people off if its a genuine reason for sale and a decent horse etc.

'From the field'...?! It's had a week off, only a total nutcase would need 'bringing back into work' after a week surely.

[/ QUOTE ]

It doesnt say she's only had a week off. They will be bringing her back into work in a weeks time when her price will go up.

Yep, surely £11,000 is enough to fix the other horse

I am not saying that this may not be a scam.

However, the picture of the hoof, if you open the picture up fully, I think it can be seen that the integrigty of the hoof wall is damaged down to the pulp underneath and that it is not just a bit of blood from the coronet band .... or am I mistaken?

You could be right actually Teagan. Not sure how that would neccesitate needing to sell a horse to treat though....

I agree.....classic way of selling too, saying the horse's price will go up when they bring them back into work in a week's time.

Let's face it....most of us would just get the horse back in work as we'd need the price to go up to help fund the next horse.

Total scam

There's a dealer that advertises in one of the free mags, and all their adverts say that the price is going up next week once the horse is 'in work'.

Load of baloney if you ask me!!!
