Buying my first dressage saddle next week

and wondering if there were any brands to look out for. Will be getting a second hand one and also if you could give me some idea of cost. Cheers x

I would defo recommend the Ideal saddles.

Ideal saddles and barnsby have good trees that horses seem to like, and will put you in a good position too

I got a gorgeous Barnsby APS dressage saddle for £500 from my saddler (worth £1000) as he was retiring and selling his demo stock. It is so comfortable and the tree and stirrup bars are adjustable.

I would recommend the wintec isabelle. Lightweight, adjustable and fits a wide variety of horses, i love mine!
