I’d like a 200g under rug for Alfie. He’s currently in Ziggys stable rugs and they are only just big enough. The one thing I don’t have big enough is a 200g layer (don’t have heavy stable rugs so layer a bit)
It’s forcast to get colder and I think I may need to up him slightly.
My go-to is/was PE for indoor stuff. I used to get it cheap via work but no longer work at that place so need to suck it up and pay full price 😫 this has made me look at other brands a bit more.
I want a neck so not Horseware.
Mark Todd don’t really impress me as they have funny neck fastenings which come undone and I prefer a slippery lining rather than cotton.
I’ve looked at Weatherbeeta. I like that they (as PE combo liners) have surcingles so can have the top layer whipped off easily.
They are also about £20 cheaper.
Any other suggestions?

Or another option, my stable rugs are all combo so maybe a 200g Amigo Plus, slightly more money but gives me the option of a stable rug with a detachable neck aswell 🤷‍♀️

I would go for Weatherbeeta. Lovely liners and they wash really well. Not only did I used to work as an account manager for them, but I have also since purchased over 100 of these liners for the yard where I work. They are brilliant and keep on living even when being washed every couple of days.

I've got premier equine, horseware and weatherbeeta liners and find them all much of a muchness to be honest. None of mine have necks though and all are just the clip in liners.

Another 👍 for weatherbeeta - I've got the 100g liners - both.in regular use - fit well and stay put and have been washed numerous times and still come up like new x

Do WeatherBeeta liners fit other makes? Looks like have two places to clip into front unlike other makes.

I recently got a 100g caballo liner. It was about £27. So far so good and fits very well.
Although doesnt have a neck cover

If you can get hold of one of the Masta square ones, they are amazing. They only do up at the front, but stay put really well. Best I've ever used, and I've tried loads of decent brand ones
