I have a proper equidry, it lives in the lorry and its sole use is standing around at shows. I find it too long and stiff to actually do anything useful.
I bought a cheap version for down the yard to get grubby, it’s a bit shorter but still I tend to take it off for actually doing anything useful.
On a whim I bought an outdoor oodle as they are currently half price. Have to say it’s fab. Bit shorter, much softer so you can actually bend your arms etc, but snuggly warm. It had thumb hole sleeves and the fleece lining seems pretty hay repellent. Plus you can just chuck it in the washing machine.
It’s only water resistant, not waterproof but unless it’s lashing down it’s a great yard coat.
Just spreading the love, not sponsored by them ( or anyone sadly !)
