Apparently I am staying in a cottage next week which is spitting distance from the showground. Would there be enough to entertain a boring non-horsey OH ??

i like nidderdale show, although i have only been when showing sheep so I'm normally pretty busy. It is very much a dales show, with an agricultural rather than equine focus, However I havent really looked round the stands and/or tents. It is very popular though.

My OH did ask me if scantily clad models would be draped over tractors.
Do you think it is ok to lie to him and say yes?
I am assuming it will be something like Berkeley agricultural shoiw.

Scantily clad, but with frills over their thermals
( I don't think they do scantily clad in the dales, any more than we do in the pennines, too breezy for that)

hehe, I dont know, but some of them seem pretty hardy! I think lying to him given the circumstances is fine, especially as it is only a white lie!! I dont know the show you mention but it is fairly typical of a dales agricultural show!
