Vet has dropped of bottle of regumate.Quickly looked at instructions but couldnt find anything on the best time to start the course.I will ring vet in morning but wondered if anyone knew from experience.

It all depends on the reason it's being used. Better check with the vet so your are both singing from the same hymn sheet.

I used it when my mare had just conceived for the first 3 months of her pregnancy.
You always need to give it at roughly the same time of day. Dont touch it (esp if your a girl!) although I did a bit and all seemed well (although I havent tried to have any babies since lol)
Maybe ring the vet back?

At 48 I really dont want anymore babies.She is going on it to see if it regulates her moods .
