No more ordering from DH for me

To begin with for some reason after the update the other day I cannot log in properly to my old account so I've had to make a new one.

Anyway, now to my post. I've been one of the few successful customers when ordering from DH and never had a problem with them, in fact I was actually pleasantly surprised when my order arrived so quickly. I keep getting their emails with offers so thought I'd order a lightweight rug from them as it was on offer. All was fine until I went to checkout and turns out I only had the option of £20 delivery to the Highlands and Islands! I'm nowhere near the highlands and never had this problem before with them or anywhere else. I emailed customer service , who to be fair did get back to me pretty quickly, but basically said their courier had changed zones and it was pretty much unfortunate and nothing they could do:mad: So unfortunately I won't be using them anymore as I refuse to pay over the top for postage in a rural area when I'm in fact about 20minutes from the city centre !

Just a bit unfortunate for them to lose custom over something like that.

Was it telling you that you were logged in and you were on the active users list but showing a guest page? I've got round it somehow but now I can't seem to be able to log out despite it saying I have logged out but with error 502! lol
