NO NAME?

On my horses passport, he has his dam and sire's name on it but has no registered name on it! Why would this be?

I know the girl who bred him, so don't think its dodgy but why wouldn't he have a name?!

This happens frequently with TBs registered at Weatherbys, a name is only chosen when the horse is ready to race and extra fee has to be paid..

Ah right, he has got a weatherbys passport but he is technically an ISH?! How can i give him an official name?! x

Nothing dodgy about it.
They just didnt put one on the passport when it was done.

Weatherbys issue normal passports too, not just for race horses.

Just contact who ever his passport is with (in this case weatherbys)
They will send you a form to fill in and you pay a fee.
It can be very expensive thought!
Ive heard about £80 for one issuing authority!
