It's always been my understanding that as there are so many different strains of flu virus, the jab is pretty much useless anyway...

You don't need flu jabs to compete BSJA either. Think the main reason people do it is so that you are insured and can go BE and RC stuff

I have always queried the necessity of flu jabs, given that racing yards occasionally have it, and they have to be vaccinated. Same with dogs, packs of hounds manage on the first two and then no more..........................
