i recently advertised for liveries...grass up to assisted DIY....

received a pretty good response TBH....sorted out the wheat from the chaff and have a great new DIY'er and 2 grass liveries...

anyhow, had a girl come tonight, owns a 14.2 pony..she turned up 1 1/2 hrs late..enthused about most of my facilities..was happy with my very limited yard rules....
BUT......
she was sorry to have to not take up a livery as..................

one stable was too small at 12 x 12 and the other was too big 14 x 16!

12x12 would be absolutely fine for a 14.2 pony surely? Daisy has been in smaller stables with no problem and she's 15.1. Some people are just spoilt.

sounds like she didn't really have an interest esp as she turned up 1.5hrs late....hope she apologised.
She must be mad....blimey oh well by the sounds of it you are better off without her at your yard.

Maybe she was checking out the joint? Bet you showed her the tack room and feed room! Possibly even told her about the security! It is such an easy way for thieves to check out a yard. Send a nice girl to check it out! If a guy had turned up with an irish accent and done the same would you now be worried?

liveries only get told security details when they move in and i have their bank details/name/address/and 2 months rent up front
 
If i still lived in the area, id be round there like a shot!
