no roundings,anything i can use instead?

ordered roundings & a spare pair of reins but they still have not came, is there any way to make my own roundings as a temp measure?

I can't think of anything other than just riding with the one rein on the snaffle ring?

Well you can use a flash strap or if you are brave baler twine

Suggest you get someone who is fab at tying knots though!

Well the breaking strength of baler twine is quite high, but if you suck at tying knots it doesn't help!! (My stuff always comes undone, proven by our flying haylage tarpaulin....)

A good knot sealed with heat should do the trick !!!

have managed to borrow a pair but the roundings where for my sharer till i make sure she can use 2 reins

Spur straps. Works wonders and they are double aswell cos of the length of them. Leather ones.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but I wouldnt advise anything but roundings or two reins. If you want to ride in something else thats up to you, but to put someone else on your horse with anything but correct safe tack is really risky. If there is an accident you really could be in deep trouble. Find a tack shop that has roundings.

it would of only been at walk in the school.

doesnt matter as we have sorted her with reins
