so...after a day shopping me and non horsey OH drop into the yard to feed and check on my mare Alice. Now Alice is pretty much perfect except can sometimes be a cow to catch. I wanted to catch the bugger to check she was dry under her sheet as it's been torrential rain for the last 24hrs here! Anyway, today she decides to be playful and everytime I went up to her I was greeted with a squeal, turn on the haunches, fly buck and gallop off (it was windy 
she means no harm) non horsey OH said "let me try sometimes she is better with men isn't she) (he has never caught a horse before so fair play) you can probably imagine the look of shock when as he got to her she started messing about and bucked and let out the loudest fart imaginable!! I was in hysterics, the second time she did it I thought he was going to have to lie down he was laughing so much! I think he now understands the term "bucking and farting about!"
