Non-Sweaty Riding hats please?

Hi, as the title says, I am looking for a hat which is cool as I get a very sweaty head when riding. I have a Ventair but dont find it any cooler than my old skull cap. I desperately need one as hate taking hat off after riding at comps, as my hair is always sweaty and too short to just tie back.

I have a Charles Owen J3 that I use for hacking which does actually keep my head nice and cool! My hair is always a real mess after i've competed - I have a beagler that has no ventilation what so ever! Looks good for dressage though!

I have the J3 too!! but after i ride it looks like ive had a shower!! terrible sweaty head

Ah well, looks like I am just going to have to accept the sweaty-headedness! Not so bad in the winter when I can immediately swap riding hat for wooly hat and hide my hair.
