I am considering the idea of putting my boy in temporary livery early in the new year, due to new baby arriving, it will take the pressure off me a little bit.

I have a lovely set up where I am with great hacking and grazing, but no school or nobody to ride out with, so gets abit lonely!

. There are 2 other horses there but they are hardly ridden. Also I have noticed that Some yards offer schooling/lungeing the horse for you, which for me would be beneficial as I do not want my horse turned away for a long period of time.

I did put up a couple of ads out for somebody to come and ride a couple of times per week, but have not really had much response. hence thinking about the livery yard option.

The two yards that appeal to me more are blackwater farm and weston park. Has anybody stabled horses there? if so what are these places like? in terms of facilities/services/people ect

I like both- Weston has all our RC shows there so in the summer you'd never be short of things to do, and Blackwater has really nice facilities.

Hi everyone thanks for the replies and PMs! Its still a thought at the moment, once christmas is out of the way I am going to make a few phone calls/enquiries and weigh it all up.

Nosurrender is that carousel RC that you talk about? There shows are good I did a few last year with my last horse

Hopping_Robin I am based in norwich, out near felthorpe way
